The refers2 dashboard shows the recent notes, files added by your collegues. You can also see your today's tasks and the late ones also. You can view list of Opportunities which are pending for follow-up.
Contacts are people you interact with. You can store names, email addresses, phone numbers of your contacts. Maintain notes of calls, meetings with your contact. Have an edge over your contact as you can see what was discussed last time by you or your collegue.
